This is an excellent technique. But sadly most companies yet think that things are done faster if everyone for him/her self carries the whole burden.

There's so much repetition and inefficiency in many organisations just because archaic ways of thinking. Individualism in the workplace and that whole BS about accountability prevents teams from collaborating. Excellent article, it feels good to read that there are better ways to do things. Thanks
